We encourage women in leadership roles across various titles, including but not limited to, managers, directors, and executives. While we welcome CEOs and VPs, we also value other leadership positions within your organization, industry, or geography.

We consider applicants from organizations of different sizes, ranging from startups to large enterprises. Our goal is to foster a network that reflects the diversity of business landscapes.

For employees of extra-small businesses (typically fewer than 10 full-time employees), we welcome applicants based on their relevant experience within the last 5 years.
